Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse with MPS Homecare, you will deliver high-quality care in the community to those with complex care needs, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. These placements may be long term or to support those at the end of life. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across NHS Wales and partner institutions, providing critical support where it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conduct patient assessments each shift.

·       Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate patient records.

·       Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care plans.

·       Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-pressure situations and day to day complex care needs.

·       Adhere to NHS Wales and Social care protocols, policies and standards.

Essential Requirements:

·       Active NMC Registration.

·       Ideally 3 - 6 months experience in Complex Care or Community settings.

·       Strong clinical knowledge, crisis management skills, ability to work as a lone worker and as part of a team, and emotional resilience.

·       Enhanced DBS check (we’ll process this free of charge if not on the Update Service).
