Role Overview 
As a Registered Nurse (Rehab) with MPS Healthcare, you will deliver urgent, high-quality care in fast-paced environments, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across NHS Wales and partner institutions, providing critical support where it’s needed most. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assessing patients' conditions and developing comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the rehab team. 

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. 

  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans accordingly. 

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective care plans. 

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. 

  • Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality. 

  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Active NMC Registration. 

  • Minimum 6 months’ proven NHS experience in an acute care setting. 

  • Strong clinical knowledge, crisis management skills, and emotional resilience. 

  • Enhanced DBS check (we’ll process this free of charge if not on the Update Service).
