Role Overview 
As a Registered Nurse (RNMH) with MPS Healthcare, you will deliver urgent, high-quality care in fast-paced environments, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across NHS Wales and partner institutions, providing critical support where it’s needed most. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health challenges within a rehabilitation setting. 

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. 

  • Conduct thorough assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process. 

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to best practices. 

  • Foster a supportive and empowering environment that promotes recovery, independence, and self-confidence. 

  • Offer guidance and education to individuals and their families, empowering them to actively participate in the recovery journey. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 

  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices. 

 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Active NMC Registration. 

  • Minimum 6 months’ proven Mental Health experience in an acute care setting. 

  • Strong clinical knowledge, crisis management skills, and emotional resilience. 

  • Enhanced DBS check (we’ll process this free of charge if not on the Update Service).
