Role Overview 
As a Registered Nurse with MPS Healthcare, you will deliver urgent, high-quality care in fast-paced environments, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. You’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across NHS Wales and partner institutions, providing critical support where it’s needed most. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans. 

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. 

  • Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions. 

  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. 

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities as needed. 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports. 

  • Promoting a warm and supportive environment for residents, their families, and fellow staff members. 

  • Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and best practices. 

 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Active NMC Registration. 

  • Minimum 6 months’ proven Care Home experience in an acute care setting. 

  • Strong clinical knowledge, crisis management skills, and emotional resilience. 

  • Enhanced DBS check (we’ll process this free of charge if not on the Update Service).
