Our Candidate Care team consists of registrants who are there to provide pastoral and professional support and advice. We will touch base to make sure your initial shifts have gone smoothly and are there as a resource for the entirety of your time with us. As Healthcare professionals, you should not feel you are alone, unsupported, or that experiencing stress is "part of the job". Candidate Care are there to provide ongoing support, to signpost to organisations that may be able to help, or even just for a chat!
